In Cibi Everyday Gourmet Cooking Classes you’ll learn basic techniques for preparing elegant meals that are also healthful, tasty and easy to prepare. You will learn about choosing, using and storing ingredients, as well as the history and nutritional values of the dishes. Place Classes are held right at Cibi (see our location page for directions) in our open kitchen.

Payment guarantee of a check, charge card number with expiration date, or gift certificate is required to confirm your reservation. Make checks, payable to Cibi deliziosi, LLC. For credit card orders, by mail or phone, please include the following information: Name on Card, Card number and Expiration Date. Please do not send cash in the mail. Cancellation Policy Fees for cancellations made up to 3 days before the class can be applied to future classes. "No shows" will be charged. Cancellation policy also applies to gift certificates.
We reserve the right to cancel classes due to lack of registration or severe weather conditions or other emergencies. Fees for classes cancelled by Cibi will be refunded or can be applied to future classes. Ticket Prices Include complimentary appetizers and samplings, except where noted otherwise Ticket prices appear with each class. Discounts are available for groups of 3 or more & multi-class packages.
Wines and beer are now available for purchase by the glass or bottle. Guests are welcome to bring their favorite wines for a $10/bottle corkage fee. Some, not all, classes include beer or wine tastings, as stated in the specific class description.

Thu, Sep 16, 2010, 6:00 - 8:30pm - Allens Hill Farm Cooking with Chef John Loveland, Allens Hill Farm owner and author of his cookbook by the same name. John will make & discuss the background of several dishes from his cookbook. Each class particpant receives a complimentary copy of the cookbook. $50
Wed, Sep 22, 2010, 6:30 - 8:30pm - One Pasture-raised Chicken, Many Meals - with guest farmer, Rick Austin of Heiden Valley Farm. Chef Rosita shows you how to "stretch a buck," cut a chicken & even make broth to create several scrumptious dishes from a single chicken. $45
Thu, Sep 30, 2010, 6:00 - 8:30pm - A Localvore’s Feast - Chef Mary Beth Brinkerhorf, personal chef & owner of For Goodness Taste returns to help us celebrate the end of Localvore Month. she'll prepare deletable appetizers, entrees and desserts fresh from the farmers market. $50.
