  Chef Rosita and Donna Schlosser-Long have treamed up to bring you an informative and entertaining line-up of Food, Wine & Beer classes. The success of our wine, beer and food pairings prompted us to offer classes that delve into the preparation, history and enjoyment of foods alogn with the wines and beers to complement them. The theme for each class is designed to entertain you as well as help you learn about foods, wines and beers throughout the US and beyond. Register today for these unique culinary events.

  Place

  Classes are held right at Cibi (see our location page for directions) in our open kitchen or in the party room, depending on the size of the class.

  Payment guarantee of a check, charge card number with expiration date, or gift certificate is required to confirm your reservation. Make checks, payable to Cibi deliziosi, LLC. For credit card orders, by mail or phone, please include the following information: Name on Card, Card number and Expiration Date. Please do not send cash in the mail.
  
  NOTE: For your security, please do not send your charge card info via e-mail. Call or mail in your registration instead.

  Cancellation Policy

  Fees for cancellations made up to 3 days before the class can be applied to future classes. "No shows" will be charged. Cancellation policy also applies to gift certificates.
  
  We reserve the right to cancel classes due to lack of registration or severe weather conditions or other emergencies. Fees for classes cancelled by Cibi will be refunded or can be applied to future classes.

  Wine & Beer included in Spring 2012 Pairings

  Wines and beer are available for purchase by the glass or bottle. Guests are welcome to bring their favorite wines for a $15/bottle corkage fee. Some, not all, classes include beer or wine tastings, as stated in the specific class description.

  Everyday Gourmet Cooking Classes The spring line-up features entertaining themes, inventive menus by Chef Rosita and wine/beer pairings by Donna Schlosser-Long of Opici Wines and Naked Dove Brewery.   Sat, Jun 9, 2012, 6:30 pm - Eat, Drink & be Merry, Locally. Come feast on early summer crops, local eggs, cheeses and meats, fresh from the farmers market. This multi-course extravaganza will provide plenty for the carnivore, vegetarian and flexetarian to savor while sipping local wines and sampling local beers. $65, all inclusive.
